  • Granted license for transport of automobiles on public roads. Also received warehousing certification. Nagoya office registered for automobile shipping, general shipping agency, and granted commercial shipping license.

1965
  • Current headquarters registered for automobile shipping, general shipping agency, and granted commercial shipping license.

1966
  • Granted license to issue warehouse certificates.

1969
  • Began reefer warehousing business Acquired all shares of Kobe Packing & Transportation Co., Ltd.

1970
  • Headquarters (currently Osaka office) registered for automobile shipping, general shipping agency, and granted commercial shipping license.
  • Kobe Packing & Transportation Co., Ltd. merged with Seiko Shipping Co., Ltd. and name is changed to Shinsei Cargo Service Co., Ltd. (present a consolidated subsidiary)

1971
  • Began real estate business

1988
  • Transferred headquarters to Nihombashi-Honcho, Chuo Ward, Tokyo

  • Merged with NEW JAPAN AIR SERVICE CO., LTD. and ITOCHU EXPRESS CO., LTD. name is changed to i-LOGISTICS CORP.

  • Company name changed to ITOCHU LOGISTICS CORP.

  • The 50th anniversary of the foundation
  • Established Eurasia AutoCarrier (Thailand) Ltd.
  • Established IP Integrated Services Private Ltd. in India
